will never pay shipping and handling for one here either. Prove us
wrong, and we'll take double the difference off.
Please be sure to figure in the shipping and handling fees
of any competitor before comparing prices. We actively search the
internet for lower prices and try to keep our website current based on our
findings. If you find a better deal out there, you must email us the
seller's URL to participate in this offer.
This guarantee cannot be honored if the

Returning Merchandise
Treasurefish should be notified no later than 30 days after you receive
your order should you want to return your merchandise. All
products have a 30 day money back guarantee. Tesoro detectors
will be repaired for the duration of your lifetime unless you seriously
misuse it (i.e. use the control module for a hammer).
Returns are accepted:
1) If your order is short of merchandise.
2) If the merchandise is defective.
Returns cannot be accepted if:
1) Your order was shipped out of the continental USA.
All fees for postage are the responsibility of the
purchaser. All returns must be preauthorized. Please do not mail the
merchandise back without first contacting:

Treasurefish is not responsible for any misrepresentation
of products by the manufacturer or by it's distributors. Many
pictures
and descriptions are provided by a third party.
Exchanging Merchandise
We will accept most exchanges. Some reasons that will NOT
ALLOW us to accept exchanges are the following.
1) Merchandise was ordered more than 30 days ago.
2) Merchandise was misused by the purchaser.
3) Merchandise is used or not in a resalable condition.
Exchanges cannot be accepted if:
1) Your order was shipped out of the continental USA.
All postage charges are the responsibility
of the purchaser. All exchanges must be preauthorized. There is no
restocking fee on exchanges. Please do not mail the merchandise back
without first contacting:

Repairs
If your Tesoro Metal Detector ever breaks
in your lifetime, it will be repaired free of charge. Detectors will be shipped directly to the
Tesoro factory by the buyer. There
is no restocking fee on repairs. The only out of pocket charge you
will pay is for actual shipping. Please do not mail the merchandise
back without first contacting:

Shipping Times
Treasurefish will make every effort to ship all products out within
2-4 business days. If your order is not shipped within 7 business
days (Very Rare) it is due to circumstances beyond our control. We
will, however, make every effort to ship in a timely manner.
Shipping Damage
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among
the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case
that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to
be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise
but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
Geographic Shipping Limitations
We will not export products anywhere outside
the United States or Canada. If you would like information
about a dealer in your country not listed above, we would be happy to
refer you.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling fees are waived for all orders over $200.
Otherwise, buyers will pay a flat 10% fee plus $3.50 of their purchase price before
tax. Metal detectors and accessories are shipped via UPS. All
other products are shipped Priority Mail.
Sales Tax
Residents of Texas will pay 6.25% sales tax.
Check Payments
There is a 7 day clearing period placed on all checks over $25.00. All returned checks are subject to a $28.00 processing fee as allowed by law.

All of our products carry warranties and some carry extended

We prefer email contact over phone contact, we work faster and more
efficiently with email. Due to a very low volume of phone calls we
do not feel it is necessary to have phone operators standing by. We
do have 24 hour email operators that will be happy to answer all questions
through email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
90% of the time we do not have operators available to answer the phone.
We have streamlined our business to make our prices truly the lowest
possible.
